Sexual Orientation: Oh hell nah. He looks as gay as can be on the outside, but you know what? I don't think he is. Phoenix is his BFF, obviously; they've been through many things together, both good and bad, but their friendship always manages to stay mostly intact. However, just because he likes the color magenta and because he wears a cravat and because he happens to be close to Phoenix doesn't make him gay. I just think he's pretty much asexual, and that's all there is to it.

Medical info: He’s a normal human man, but I’d say a relatively healthy one. ~~Tea works wonders, doesn’t it, Iroh? ♥~~

Appearance: There are just two things that need to be known about his appearance: yes, he likes the color magenta ~~it’s a sharp-looking color, alright?~~, and no, the frilly-looking thing called a cravat is not coming off.

Make fun of his manly magenta suit, or his frilly little cravat, or point out any and all flaws your character may see… drag up memories of his dear mentor von Karma, or his father, or threaten his cute lil’ dog. You know he loves it. ♥

Notes For the Psychics: Edgeworth didn’t exactly have the happiest of childhoods; his father, the man whom he looked up to more than anyone else in the world, was murdered while Miles was still relatively young. It was revealed later on—after torturous years of Miles actually considering himself to be the killer—that the man who took Edgeworth in after his father’s death, Manfred von Karma, was the actual murderer of Gregory Edgeworth… which, of course, left Miles feeling betrayed, disgusted, and, ultimately, confused. He still has issues with paternal figures, and God forbid, if a psychic was to actually mention Gregory Edgeworth, Manfred von Karma, or “DL-6”….
Also, he has a fear of earthquakes, heights, elevators, and darkness, all stemming from the same traumatic event. (During the time of his father’s murder, he was trapped in an elevator with his father and another man after an earthquake knocked all the power out.)

Hugging/Kissing/Nicknaming: …*snort* Even though Edgeworth looks like he’d be quite the ladies man, he’s actually quite leery of any degree of physical contact; he’s never had any real experience in the matter, being far too straight-laced and boring to do anything crazy. However, he’s not one to get flustered, or blush, or stammer… he’ll leave that bit if uncoolness to Phoenix, kthnx. If it’s an attractive female, he’ll take the nicknames in stride, albeit with a strained expression; hugging will be barely tolerated, and kisses? ~~N-no!~~ …Please refrain from such things.
And men, just… no. He’s a gentleman when it comes to the ladies, but when it comes to other men, he’s not going to take it. Not. At. All. ~~The mun will love you forever, though~. ♥♥♥~~

Maiming/Killing/Death: …In all honesty, there’s not much Edgeworth can do to defend himself against the more unique residents of LSG. If a normal person were to attack him, he could fend them off fairly well; after all, he’s a sturdy-looking man. I’m just saying that if a ninja or something were to take a crack at him, the poor lawyer would be up the creek without a paddle.

But in all seriousness, Edgeworth is the proud owner of a pure-breed dog named Pess… and his emotional stability depends solely upon the well-being of his pet. No, really… it does. Don’t mess with the Pess. ♥

Age: 26 (I’m taking him from the Trials and Tribulations timeline, right before he heads off to court to defend Phoenix’s client, Iris, while poor Feenie is recovering in the hospital.)

Personality/Canon facts:
Edgeworth was once a fierce, determined prosecutor who lived by a win-at-all-costs policy… even if it meant tampering with the evidence or feeding lines to his witnesses. His dirty-dealing ways eventually lead to his nickname of the “Demon Prosecutor”, in addition to assuring himself a perfect record for four straight years… until, of course, Phoenix Wright reentered his life. Now, thanks to being soundly beaten by his old childhood friend ~~and even being defended by him, at one point~~, Edgeworth generally approaches everything with hope of obtaining the truth through a fair and balanced way… but that still doesn’t change his blatant hatred of any and all criminals. To him, criminals are the scum of the earth, and all of them deserve to be punished.

He is typically very stoic and reserved, with an almost haughty air about him; he also has a penchant for fancy things and for always, always looking his best. ~~Frilly shirts FTW? He thinks so.~~ He doesn’t hesitate to sneer or to glare, his wit is biting… and he really could care less as to what you think of him; the only two people in the world he would ever really care to listen to would be his step-sister, Franziska von Karma, and his one true buddy/former courtroom rival, Phoenix Wright. However, he doesn’t act the way he does simply because he thinks everyone else is beneath him although there may be some truth to that, too; it stems more from the fact that the only thing he is willing to accept from himself is absolute perfection, and so, naturally, he believes that everyone else should try and do the same.

…And he has a terrible fear of earthquakes, for what that’s worth.
